Troy understood our situation and provided expert guidance throughout the whole process of the recent sale of our home. And it was a crazy time to do this as we listed our house just prior to the COVID situation. Troy was amazing!! I called Troy on a Friday and told him I need to get my house listed and sold ASAP!! He came over the next day and told me what we needed to do, what we needed to move out of the house to get it sold quickly. We did everything he requested pictures were the next Monday morning. The house was listed that Monday night and we were under contract on Thursday of that same week!
